BMI can be bad at predicting the extremes (i.e. predicting that you are unhealthy if your BMI is low or high). It is most skewed my muscular body composition, making a healhy but muscular man appear to be "overweight". However, if you are in the "normal" range, I doubt that you are very muscular but somehow really "underweight". You are overthinking this.
