If I remember correctly thats a 1987 model and its components were either 1 or 2 levels down from Shimanos top of the line XT. It was aso available in a 2-tone black and silver.
I'd say the componets are mid to high end for '87.
I own that same bike except mines a very rare two tone green/white.
