So I had a few "imbalances" that showed up in a blood test I had done in January. Nothing serious, but some concerns about glucose levels; total cholesterol good, but HDL a bit low. Decided to have a bood test with my annual physical this week to see how those numbers look now. Got the call on the results while out riding yesterday and all looks real good now.
My way to celebrate the good news? Add another 10 miles to my planned ride for the day!
My wife ways anyone whole "celebrates" by riding 10 more miles is sick. Are you that sick?
