When at work, it is hard to spread the calories out over a longer span of time, taking in less. So at 2:00 I am not at all hungry and would feel bloated if I ate anything more.
I really like my morning coffee but maybe it will have to go. That is a hard one.
B-12. I have been told by my vegan friend that this might be lacking as well since I don't eat a lot of meat. (Yes, I consider fish meat.) Is there a recommended supplement. I am not so sure about vitamins as some research indicates that you need more than just the vitamin in question for superior absorption.
Also, I eat the veggie patties in the morning which have 20 g total protein in the form of veggie and soy protein.
