Help for a neighbor w/ handicapped child

i don't know if anyone out there can help. i have a neighbor who has a down syndrome child. the child is in 5th grade (11 y.o.) and they can't seem to find training wheels big/sturdy enough to support her weight. She loves riding her bike, but the smallish training wheels she needs is wobbly and doesn't allow for much support, especially on even the slightest turn.

You can't believe the joy of this child while on the bicycle -

there has got to be a company out there that specializes in something like this. i don't even know where to begin. suggestions?!
