Unfortunately, I flipped off my bike head first a block or so from my house (oops). I probably should've just stopped there, but being full of adrenaline from the crash, I road the sandhill/alpine loop.
Then the pain sunk in. mm
Ouch! Hope you heal up quickly. What caused the crash?
