Formula hubs IMO are the best i've owned, i've had some Surly hubs and like my Formula's much more, especially for the prce. Another combo for a rear wheel is. Mavic CXP33 laced to a Miche rear hub. Go to www.prowheelbuilder.com they are great, and carry Sury, Miche and Dimension hubs and you can have the wheel built for free. I'd reccomdne that site.
I stumbled across a CXP23/Formula combo on bicyclewheelwarehouse.com. Is the 23 a significant step down from the 33? I definitely want black. Prowheelbuilder looked like they only had the 33 in silver/brushed.
