Thanks for the input! I was worried that a fork wouldn't fit for some unforeseen reason. As for the headset, I'll go and measure the frame and make sure that it's a Cane Creek standard. The headsets on the Cane Creek website for integrated systems don't match what's on the bike. That's got me a little worried.
Yeah, I would be asking someone why they were replacing stuff on an almost brand new bike too. I guess I should have included the whole story in the first post. I guess I didn't want to inundate people with details.
