What kind of computer do you have? With mine, anytime my headlights are on it says I'm doing 75.1mph, and anytime I ride under traffic lights it'll quickly jump up to the mid 20s then come back. It's all about LED, the signals screw with the computers. If you wanna see what I'm talking about, take your computer and put the back of it on the front of your cell phone, then have someone call you and watch what happens.
Is your computer wired or wireless, many wireless computers can be affected by RFI (radio frequency interference), all electronics give off some RFI, wireless bike computers sensors tend to have very tiny transmitters, so it doesn't take much RFI to affect them quite a bit. Wired computers, which don't depend on transmitters and a receiver, tend not to be affected.
