Same here. I'm in Ithaca, and anywhere the FLT crosses the MTB trails I ride, there are little signs explaining that bikes are prohibtited. I googled the location listed, and from the first few links I scanned, it looks like the trails mentioned in the article actually run around the FLT, but it wasn't exactly clear.
