I've just started using the UnderArmour cold(?) shirt and tights (with just a jersey and my shorts on top) down to the mid 30s and felt very comfortable with it. I was surprised how the gusts (20-30 mph I think) of wind yesterday (at the upper 30s) hit my face, but I didn't feel a thing on my legs or body.
