The hubs are from the 50's and are set up to take two fixed cogs. They are not common at all. They were likely sold as hub shells alone. The rims are also quite nice and are from the 70's or 80's. For what is more or less a NOS st of wheels, teh price is very fair if you have a bike that these make sense on. To buy the components and build yourself would cost more.
