Goals:
1) Ride between 80-100km this week, try a few new routes
2) Stay away from Starbucks (especially the apple fritters) treats. Only have a tall non-fat Double shot on ice.
3) Go to the gym 3 times this week
4) If my new bathing suit arrives in the mail, go swimming at least 4 times
5) No ice cream
6) Lose 3lbs
