I believe that the triple butted chromoly is the Modena model. They are a canadian company (actually made by norco), from what I know. There is some info on them here:

So, i think the question is whether you think the components are worth a couple hundred dollars, since the frame doesnt seem to be anything special.
You should also notice that that bike has been posted twice: once in the beginning of September for 600 and again in october for 550, so people clearly arent biting (which should tell you something).
