As I mentioned in the third week thread, my birthday is this week, and people have special events planned all week for me. Which is great! - for having fun, but not so much for losing weight. So I will have to dial it back on all my other meals to compensate.
Goals:
1. Lose 1 pound (for morale!)
2. Get to the gym five days.
3. I'm still off the bike, so I'll be walking as much as possible.
