Probably the best setup is to use railway format, two of your lamps, mounted reasonably low on the fork, use some plexiglass to make them so the bulbs can't break, then a flashing LED mounted up on the bars, The low mounted fork lights are to see with, the bar mounted flasher is to be seen.
