don't cut corners on your lock. that is one thing you do not want to go el cheapo on. wicking shirts, yes, get em at Target. but get the best lock you can, locks are an essential investment in making sure your bike is still there after you lock it up.

get a good Onguard or Kryptonite lock. get a U lock and a cable and lock both wheels. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear but that is my advice.
