If you have two piece cones and separate the pieces and you can get the outer races out of the hubshell you can install #6001 bearings in a Superbe hub.

Separating the cone parts should be no great difficulty, but getting the outer races out of the hubshell may pose some challenge if you can't get purchase on the backside of the race to knock it out. A good automotive machine shop MAY be able to get it out using a technique used in removing valve seats from aluminum heads--run a bead of weld on the race and let it cool--that should reduce the pressfit enough that the race should fall right out.

It's been a while, but IIRC I've seen some that would be very easy and some that would take the more destructive method. I've only HAD to replace outer races (with cartridges) on the easy ones.
