After 26 yesterday, no miles at all for me today. I take TTh off due to need for recovery (age=60
) and my work schedule. I am at 1350 miles since starting in late June, and I feel pretty darn good about it. My longest ride ever is 30 miles but there have been many rides in the 20 to 26 range. I'm due for a fairly long ride soon when the conditions work out right for it, especially the wind.
