My average for the last 4 weeks is 1875 before that I never averaged above 2300 a day in a week for the few months I've been tracking except on special days such as I don't want to bonk/cramp on a 200k in the middle of nowhere days.
Ridden an average of 2 hours, 27 miles per a day in those 4 weeks.
I haven't drinken any soda or fruit juice in any great quantity for a while only water and lots of it. Once and a while when I stayed late I used to get a little snack or soda (vending machine dinner) but avoiding that became alot easier when they stopped putting anything in any vending machines
