I think "Andy" is one or all of:
1) a jerk
2) a troll
3) really Andy Capp and his wife is Flo in that British comic strip of yesteryear.
Whatever, I would not want to ride on the back or his tandem or anywhere near him on the road. He gives me the creeps.
