Yes, those are similar to the Suntour Symmetrics. Unlike most downtube shifters, they install as a unit instead of separately, thus the need for the "bump" in the center of the downtube to mount them to. For your STI setup, you can mount clamp-on cable stops just above the bump and it will keep the clamp from moving downward on the downtube-
