The double rainbow decals on the seat tube, painted nervex lugs, a hole in the seat stay brake bridge, the shape of the seat stay top caps, all point to the possibility of a '70s track Paramount.

Are the dropouts Campagnolo? Is there a serial number on the left rear dropout that begins with a letter, followed by a 7 and then a few more digits? It might look something like this; C75034 (this mythical serial # would decode- March 1975, 34th frame built). If so it would fit the Schwinn serial number scheme for Paramounts of that era. Another give away would be the fork crown. Can you show a picture?
