248! Down from 255 last week. I'm not too excited, because I've been through this before, and I know the first 5-10 lbs comes off easiest. Still, this is honest weight loss through cycling and portion control, not a low-carbo quick loss.
I'm off riding to my dentist now, about 2 miles away. I only have to work one day out of the next 9 days, so lots of cycling in front of me.
Oh, and turkey is good for you!
Thanks for starting this thread. My wife is very happy that I'm back on my bikes, (and cleaning the garage so I can get at them)!
