I'm new to the Bike Forums and while looking around I found this thread. This web site,
http://www.fietsnet.be/routeplanner/default.aspx , shows major bike paths in Belgium and allows you to plot a route on different paths. Like I said, this site only shows major bike paths in Belgium, there are many, many more paths. Belgium is VERY bike friendly. I love being here.
