This happens to me fairly often. I use my bike for transportation, so there's times when I have to ride, but I might not feel like riding. (I'm sure this also happens to people who use cars--sometimes they just don't feel like driving, but they have to.)
Usually the ride turns out to be fun once I get going. Sometimes it stays unpleasant. Oh well...
