Oh no... I posed on the other one. Lets see if I can recall...
Started cycling this year in February--March started trying to commute. Since then I have lost a tiny 18 pounds. So my goal for this week is one little pound.
To accomplish--commute to work Wed-Fri and do another 40-50 miles on Saturday chasing hubby on his bike.
Terribly frustrated that my HRM says I burn 2k - 3k calories per day getting to work and back, yet 1lb per week is about the best I can do. Suggestions are welcome...
