+1 $200 would be a stretch around here, with drop bars. With flat bars, less. Rack and computer add no value a far as resale.

Around here, everyone is looking for a decent bike for around $100. Somewhere in the $150 plus range, the interest level falls off a cliff. And it needs to be clean, ready to ride, tuned up and adjusted, with good tires (at $100, it can have a few defects in this regard).
