Anyone stateside have a good British touring frame in a 52/53 cm size they may consider parting with? Something that can accept wide tires and mud guards, as well as rack brazeons.

I've got my eye on a Leeds made 531c light touring frame across the pond, but the shipping is nearly as much as the bike...My Woodrup would have a new friend from the same neighborhood though
