I know it is nothing by mid-west standards but for Oregon its been cold. 24 degrees and about 12 inches of snow on the Willamette valley floor (southwest of Portland) . We have had < 32 for a week and it looks like another week of snow to go. Snow and ice, Ice and snow..... I never thought I would miss the rain.
