Look into RC car chargers if you really want one. There are tons of them out there! they won't be super cheap all costing over $100 and most will also require a separate 12v power supply but if you want a quality charger that will be able to charge everything you won't have a choice.
I have a Duratrax ICE charger. It charges NiCad, NiMh, LiPo, and LIon's no problem. I've used it to charge all the battery types and use it to charge my single 18650s, multi cell LiPo's from 650 mah to 4500 mah and single and multi cell pack NiMh's from small AAA's to D cells.
