Good morning, I live in Springfield Oregon. At 51 with gimpy legs, I'm returning to riding a bicycle..... So I got a tall frame Schwinn speedster (1974) with a Sturmey AW 3 speed. Nice ride BUT... I think a FW or S5 hub would work better for me! So any ideas? Tim
