assuming what I have just said is correct, would one run into clearance problems with oversteer rake angles? for example, the frame i'm building up says it's for 43 degree fork rake offset. If i get a 40degree fork, could the wheel be too close to the front of my pedal stroke when I turn?
Very unlikely,unless the clearance is very close to begin with.
