How bout - Goal: take off 22 pounds..and be healthy and when I fall off - I come back here again and post my weigh ins always. You can make this last - I mean I fell off too - but here I am for alll of the world to see - and net net I think i am a bit lower than when I started (maybe - we shall see). Goal for this week - no weight gain (small steps) - any loss this week is a bonus as I have a 60+ hour work week ahead of me.
I forgot to weigh myself this AM so I'll do it tonight before bed.
