And get some paint on that porch floor, too.

Yellow Bike and I took a ride around my "winter loop" yesterday. I felt like a tourist attraction out on the suburban portion of East Ave when a mini-van with Georgia plates slowed to about my pace as they passed with everyone gaping through the window. Sure it was only 26°F, but it was sunny, light winds and the roads were clear.

On Sundays, the buses run only once an hour and all meet on one block downtown so everyone cans transfer. I made the last turn onto East Main St just as they were lining-up. This made for maximum transit rider gawkage. Waiting for the light at one bus stop, a guy said, "Damn. I shoulda rode my bike insteada waitin' for the [expletive deleted] bus."
