Yep, Those are those are Planet Bike Freddy Fenders. I have installed them on both my heavy commuter (photographed) and on my wifes commuter. I installed the yellow ones on her commuter to match the bike and her panniers. I will be installing a pair of them on my Bianchi San Remo soon too. They are just great!
Another 2" of snow overnight. We have around a foot on the level. This is going to be fun.
