Fell off because i had fitted new pedals and didn't adjust the release tension!!! Doh!!! Stuck on the ground and couldn't get my feet out for laughing.....
Any body else done the same - or is it just me!!!
I've pinned myself on the ground a couple times in ways that it was extremely difficult to get out of the pedals. Once, it was with straps and that took me quite a long time to get out of.
