Swap out BBs with a buddy, see if it clicks on his,(then its your BB) or, if your click is still there with his BB, then it could be the threaded insert of your frame (a warranty issue Im sure)
While you have the BB out have a look at the 'faces' of the BB shell on the frame and make sure theyre allowing the BB to seat.
A "click" drove me mad for almost a full season before I discovered it was the stone in my ring.
