I think your estimates are pretty good. I'd be prepared to come down a little after posting at the prices you stated. Here's the problem I see, especially with the K2 ZED, you will have to sell those bikes to someone who knows what they're doing. Many newbs will take one look, make some remark like "What, no disc brakes? I can get a new bike with disc brakes for the same money". They won't understand, Mavic 517's (my ATF BTW), RockShox TORA, XT hubs and so on. But IMHO, the right buyer, someone who has an entry level bike and is ready to move up, will be impressed and come close to your asking.
The Specialized will probably sell because its a duelly and its Specialized. Someone will go for it just for those two reasons. But that's a dated frame.
Personally, I think the K2 is the better buy, but that's just me.
A lot will depend on how hot the bike market is in your area. Good luck.
