3 speed restore snag #2

Well, my Sturmey Acher is finally working. The rim is okay and a couple of spokes look bent but for the most part, I think is rideable.

Anyway, I have a feeling the powdercoater lost my Fender bridge and the parts that hold the chainguard. No ill feelings, just bumming.

It looks like this:

I think I can bend/contort the fender to fit it. Unless someone else has a suggestion or McGuyver I can try, I'll try it.

Or can I use these? I'm guessing I have to drill a hole in the fender:

Also, I think I can McGuyver these things to work on the chainguard.
I'll need these as well. What's the part on the left with the 2 screws on each end?
