Hey Panther, tell me more. I have a long cage Ultegra 10-speed RD that has sealed bearing on one end and a ceramic on the other. Are you saying the ceramic doesn't need lubrication? I took both off for the first time a few nights ago and cleaned them up. But beyond that I didn't know what else to do. I did put a little oil on the ceramic bearing. Not much you can do with sealed one.
