CZ, are you wearing the heatgear or the coldgear Under Armour? Probably a function of temperature, Can't imagine the coldgear above 45 or 50 for an activity such as cycling, but I could see long sleeve at the lower end of that range switching to short sleeve and arm warmers above 50.
