It does sound like the TT will START in Englewood, to to a turnaround in Alpine (most likely that little traffic circle just above the Boat Basin but at the base of the Alpine DHuez climb), and return. In either case, the longest climb on any of those roads is about 5-6 minutes, my best time was like 5:30 from the Alpine Boat Basin at the Hudson River all the way up to the police station. There are no eight minute climbs anywhere on those roads I know of, and I'm familiar with them all. But it doesn't sound like that longer Alpine climb will be part of it. There are rolling climbs on that road, the longest are a couple of minutes, if that. Short rollers, but it's not an easy or flat course.
And that Alpine climb isn't long, it's like a mile or so.
