Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I do not have the discipline to keep eating small meals throughout the day. It turns into 5 or more meals that are too big. Three meals a day works for me and I have lost over 100lbs doing it (292 to 191. the change in diet is what did it not necesarily just eating 3 meals). A lot of times I add a small snack in between Lunch and Dinner but I could never do 6+ meals a day.
