Hi Steve, are we talking about the same part of the seat, I'm talking about the part you sit on, not being able to tilt that as much as I would like, the back you lean against has lots of adjustment, have quickly moved that back back and back, now have built a headrest for those long climbs, don't see headrests on other bents, am I wimply or what? waiting for my neck to get stronger, haven't heard about the micro adustment. thanks, Dave
