I track what I eat for an obnoxious health issue I am attempting to resolve. However, I do not focus on ratios. At one time I did focus quite a bit on lowering the fat content. After reading a few articles I decided to increase the good fat content of my diet and I believe that is helping me. It seems my protein consumption has dropped a bit and I will need to fix that shortly.
Today is 60-10-30.
