You'll recall that Leno's $13k tandem gift idea for the former first couple backfired as no one at The Tonight Show thought to consider the Senate rules on gifts. If you're interested in the custom-sized $13,500 travel tandem, Jay Leno is presently the owner. Not sure if he and wife Mavis have taken it out for a spin or not...
