I have one similar to that. Well worth the money. I've added to its versatility by getting a couple of cable pull handles(http://www.amazon.com/Champion-Barbe...181892&sr=1-27), a couple of lengths of chain, and hardware(quick links to attach the chain to the handles & hinged links to allow me to vary the length of the chains easily.) Gymnastics rings & straps would work, too. Gives you a lot more dips, push-ups, and rowing options. Abs-work like L-sits, too. Stabilizing the handles/rings adds a whole new dimension to bodyweight exercises.
