I need to find someone to ride with like you that can push my limits everytime I go to do a training ride, instead of just my own pace. It might be harder for me, but I don't always push myself hard enough.
I am in the same boat. I ride with a guy that can ride much faster than me and while it does hurt my pride a bit when he sprints away from me from time to time it does make me better.
