If you can find a good group to ride with that will ride at a pace you can keep up with you will be amazed at how much faster you can ride. The last 30 miles felt no harder than the first yesterday, it was like a big machine just cruising down the road. I felt like I was barely pedaling, I look down and we are cruising at 22mph.
